(1) Capital Expenditures

(2)  Policy Update: Allow WCHA to assess and hold monies needed for repair of sold homes for six months. If no invoice for completed repairs is submitted within that time frame, the monies collected would be absorbed into the WCHA general fund.

(3)  Policy Update: Annual Reporting of Residential Property Insurance: Proof of Insurance includes Policy Declaration (which provides policy number and policy effective dates).
