a. Approval of the Treasurer’s Report. 

Groundskeeper’s Report: 

a. Approval of Groundskeeper’s Report. 

General Board Discussion:

a. Policy needed to allow WCHA Board to assess and hold money for needed repairs                                                           until work is complete on homes that have been sold. 

b. Policy on “Property Insurance” updated to include Policy Number and Policy Declaration dates. 

c. Trespassing.

Old Business:

a.  Update items for the September Newsletter.

b.  Board Elections in November. Nominating Committee?

New Business:

a. Annual Meeting Details.

b. Request by the City of Waite Park to be placed on the agenda.
